EPI Clutch Kit for 2012 Polaris Ranger 800 XP, May 27, 2020

I was looking for some more gitty up out of the Ranger since you cannot have this particular ECU flashed and I didn't want to spend a ton of money. After all, it's a utility SXS. I wound up taking a chance and ordering EPI's clutch kit. There are several videos online that walk you through how to install the kit. For me personally, the installation was not bad at all, it just takes a little time. Be sure you have the right tools for the job before you begin. It will save you a lot of time and headaches. I also decided to change out the belt at the same time since I was going to be working with the clutches. EPI's clutch kit does make a pretty significant difference when hitting the gas from a dead stop. You can definitely feel the difference. It will not make your SXS go faster then the rev limiter will let it. It will however get you to your max speed quite a bit faster. One thing I noticed is when coming to a stop, the SXS would shake and rattle a little. With the new clutch kit and belt, it now comes to a very smooth stop. I would recommend EPI's clutch kit and as always, Side by Side Stuff is the go to place for great prices, availability and customer service.
