Great customer service. They were super responsive to emails and questions, and kept us informed on when we could expect the enclosure to arrive. The enclosure is achieving the desired result of keeping wind/rain out, but the Velcro fasteners at the bottom of the door pulled off the Gator during the first day of use, even though we did allow the recommended 24 hour & cure & time prior to putting the enclosure on. The Velcro may not be secure enough for uses such as ours, which necessitate getting in and out, and opening and closing the door, multiple times/day.
