Introducing the High Lifter 45% Dual Idler 6 Inch Portal Gear Lift for Polaris Sportsman 550, 850, and XP 1000. This gear lift is designed to take your off-road adventures to new heights.
The dual idler gears in this lift system spread the load over twice as many teeth, doubling the area and reducing stress by half. This means more reliable torque transfer and extended brake life, as you'll need brakes less often thanks to greatly improved engine braking.
Built to last, the High Lifter Gear Box features forged metal construction, making it stronger than cast and billet aluminum alternatives. With an optional vent kit coming soon, you can keep your gears cool, reducing early deterioration of gaskets and seals.
