These two-piece windshields by GCL for your John Deere Gator are made of a quarter-inch Lexan, which is much stronger than other materials like acrylic and glass. There are six quick-disconnect clamps to secure the full windshield to your Gator. Once the clamps are installed the first time, they are never removed again. There is a thumbscrew that secures the UTV windshield to each of the clamps. You can remove or reinstall just the lower portion of the windshield on those warmer days or the whole windshield in just a few minutes. Our SxS windshields include rubber edging to help seal the small gaps and protect your machine in the off chance it rubs on the body.
