But when you want to block the dust and the mud in the summer and stay a little warmer in the winter, a windshield is a perfect addition for your machine. This DOT Approved Hard coated Full Windshield is made in the USA! Constructed of 3/16" thick polycarbonate that has been hard coated on both sides giving you the ultimate protection and is more scratch resistant that others on the market. EMP has made removing this windshield easy by using thumbscrews to attach it to your machine in minutes without any tools needed. Keep yourself a little warmer in the winter with this aftermarket full windshield.

I received the windshield opened it read the instructions and 25 minutes later I had installed the windshield and cleaned up the work area. Very easy to install looks good. Very happy with the product. Thanks

Windshield and hardware are great. The seal is a pain in the butt. I ended up leaving it off the bottom of the windshield and using foam tape as a backing.

Very poor quality weatherstrip. Very tight fit. Very difficult to get to stay on. Cheap product. Would not recommend this windshield to anyone.

I had a lot of difficulty installing this windshield. The plexi was cut to the right size but the weatherstripping make it almost impossible to wedge into the opening. The weatherstripping isn't preformed either, so the corners lack a proper seal.

Fit is a little tight because of the difficulty fitting the seal on the edge but we got it on. We used the Classic Accessories Soft top front straps to hold the top of the W/S to the frame. They worked perfectly together.

Very easy to install, took just a few minutes, must raise hood on ETX model to install, but no other issues, hoping it's scratch resistant, will likely take off on long trailering trips to avoid wind drag.

Great service. Easy tracking. Purchased windshield for 2017 Ranger 500. Fit perfectly. Good product. Seal was a little difficult. Using a rubber mallet and a little patience its no big deal.

Like the windshield. Always open the hood before installing the windshield. Great so far. Bulb seal is hard to install but got it done.

Great product, a little hard to get the seal on but once you get the hang of snapping it on the windshield its really pretty easy. just take your time and don't fight it.

The seal was a challenge but this is what I eventually used to install the seal and things went fairly smooth after that . I used a hard rubber mallet , some one inch gorilla tape to hold the inside corners in place while I continued , a heat gun to soften the seal at bending areas , and a pair of tin snips to cut off the excess at the end . Great service with the quick shipping , the product fits good and looks great .

Very nice custom fit windshield.
Would have been 5 stars if the edge guard would have been pre-installed. Its a PITA to do it properly.
I used a rubber mallet to get it fully seated on the panel edge.

Installing window seals, complete nightmare. Corners kink and very hard to get to stay in place. Tapping with mallet caused trim to widen and wouldn't hold. Had to squeeze trim back together and reapply. Need a better trim or install should be done at factory. Otherwise windows are on machine and look good, no rattles or squeaks.

I recently purchased the windshield because it's been an ugly winter on my family's farm and we appreciate not getting mud and rain splashed inside the UTV. Even when it gets clouded up with dirt, it's still perfectly visible. The one problem I had was trying to put the seal around it, and after much trial and error, abandoned using it, instead using some rubber gaskets to cushion the windshield against the frame and that works just fine for my use.
