The plates provided are designed to fit most UTV hub bolt patterns; 4/156 & 4/137 patterns up to 12mm stud size, 4, 5 and 6 lug patterns.? Simply attach the plates to the hub and secure them with the lug nuts.

Park the vehicle on a hard, level surface. Never Park on a slope or on grass. Chock the wheels (e.g. with bricks) before raising the vehicle.
Use caution when lowering vehicle so that suspension can settle when alignment kit is installed.
Park on a flat, level surface to prevent the vehicle from rolling.
Engage the parking brake to ensure the vehicle stays in place.
For extra safety, use wheel chocks on the wheels opposite the end you’re lifting to prevent any unintended movement.
Do not put any part of your body under the vehicle supported by the alignment kit.
Do not start or run the engine while your vehicle is supported by the alignment kit.
Follow jacking instructions recommended by your vehicle manufacturer.
