Stock Series axles include a chromoly steel construction that is much stronger than other steel. Other attributes of chromoly are high tensile strength and improved shock absorption. Pound for pound, it doesn't get much more reliable than this form of steel.

High-quality rubber boots Neoprene tear-resistant boots protect the precision-made CV joints. They are lubricated with ATV grease that is tolerant to extreme temperatures and friction. The rubber boots also are resistant to high and low temps, making this Defender HD7 axle last longer while working harder.
